The delivery of this information is reliant on on the inmate's ability to access their email service inside of their institution. If an inmate loses their right to email FSI will often make an effort to pause an inmate's service if we are contacted but we are not under any circumstances obligated to pause services or responsible if an inmate loses their ability to receive emails or if their emails are being delayed by the institutions.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

We do not manage or cancel subscriptions. That is your sole responsibility. According to PayPal's site, the following steps can be taken to cancel automatic payments from coming out of your account in the future. Use the following steps to cancel a billing agreement, automatic recurring payment or subscription:

  1. Inside of PayPal, click Settings at the top of the page.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  4. Select the merchant's name or email address.
  5. Click Cancel.
